Abstract The present Regulation lays down rules concerning the school milk program. The purpose of the program is to promote the consumption of milk and dairy products by familiarizing children and young people with regularly drinking milk, and thus strengthening future sales of milk and dairy products. It provides a subsidy to milk producers for supplying milk at a discounted price in schools.
