This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the modalities of taking, storing and preparation of samples of animal feedingstuffs for analysis in order to verify compliance thereof with the established standards. Samples shall be taken in such manner that it would represent the whole batch of feedingstuffs under control and shall be sent to authorized laboratory immediately after sampling. Sampling process shall be described in a sampling record. In case of the existence of several valid methods of analysis, the method used by the laboratory shall be marked upon expression of the results of analysis.
