It shall contribute to ensuring proper animal welfare when designing tags and in reindeer marking. The Regulation contains 19 Articles divided into the following chapters: 1. Introductory provisions; 2. Election and appointment of committee members, composition of the committee and organization of the committee' work; 3. Procedure for handling applications for reindeer marks; 4. Designing reindeer tags and marking reindeers; 5. Mark transfers and deletion; 6. Electronic publication of the mark register.
