Abstract The present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, applies to certain plants and plant products that are imported into, transit through, or are introduced for transshipment in the EU, as well as the designation and approval of border control posts and other control posts. Registration of businesses under Article 65(1) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of 26 October 2016 be done with the Danish Agricultural Agency. A business responsible for importing a consignment of unprocessed wood logs and sawn and hewn timber shall notify to the Danish Agricultural Agency. Specific provisions are laid down concerning citrus fruits.
