Abstract The purpose of this Regulation is to extend hunting of Canadian geese mitigating the farmland, by reduce damage to public recreation areas and to achieve a better management of sid areas. The hunting season for Canada goose is extended by 15 days in advance of the regular hunting season starting 26 July to 9 August. The extension applies to Canadian geese throughout the county of Telemark in the hunting period 2012-2017.
