Abstract

The present Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation, applies to economic support through payments to producers of horticultural products, including direct payments and payments for the transmission and distribution costs of electricity. The Regulation contains 39 articles divided into the following Chapters: I. General provisions; II. Direct payments A.; III. Direct payments B.; IV. Direct payments for electricity transmission and distribution costs; V. Information and data on product sales, reporting, etc.; VI. Breeding project; VII. Organic production; VIII. Development funds; IX. Agricultural subsidy; X. Various provisions; and XI. Repayment of overpaid funds.
