Abstract

It is illegal to harvest kelp with trawling or other mechanical equipment in Sør-Trøndelag municipalities and in areas where safety regulations prohibit kelp harvesting. It is however permitted in the period/areas and under the conditions laid down in this Regulation and Regulation No. 642 as listed under article 2 of this document. Specific coordinates of areas are listed under article 3 of this document and related maps attached in .pdf versions. Non-compliance with provisions of this documents shall be sanctioned in adherence to articles 61-62, 64 of Act No. 37.
