Abstract

It is illegal to harvest kelp with trawling or other mechanical equipment in Møre og Romsdal municipalities and in areas where safety regulations prohibit kelp harvesting. It is however permitted in the period/areas and under the conditions laid down in this Regulation and Regulation No. 642 as listed under article 2 of this document. Specific coordinates of areas are listed under article 4 of this document and related maps attached in .pdf versions. Non-compliance with provisions of this documents shall be sanctioned in adherence to articles 61-62, 64 of Act No. 37.
