This Regulation enters into force immediately.
Abstract

The present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, authorizes egg packers to enter into agreements with the market regulator regarding the right to supply surplus eggs under the conditions it specifies. The right of supply is activated when there is a surplus in the market.
