Abstract

The Regulation partly amends Regulation No. 930, in particular the definition of waste (waste and hazardous waste) and the processing in waste management, based on written documentation certifying applicants has sufficient expertise to manage it. This also applies to the commercially transporting hazardous waste - exception made for transport performed by entities and operations which generated the waste.
