The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry, which is composed of five Paragraphs, establishes that forests can be considered as protected if they: protect soil; protect water resources; are damaged by industrial plants; are valuable for the nature; are placed on research territories; protect natural environment; have special importance for the safety of the country. The management of each protected forest shall not change the function of the forest concerned.
