The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry, which is composed of eight Paragraphs, establishes that forest fruits shall be subjected to controls in order to verify if there is no danger of their elements destruction. The collection of forest fruits is forbidden in forests with no (continuous or periodical) admittance. Placement of beehives has to be agreed with the forest administrator (in case of state forests) or owner (in case of private forests).
