The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, specifies: conditions required of marine internal and coastal waters which are an environment for crustacean and mollusc living; frequency of water testing; procedure for verifying if the conditions are fulfilled.
