This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to control, monitor, prevent, suppress and eradicate the Blue tongue animal disease (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) hereby sets the necessary (emergency) live animal vaccination (meant for cattle, sheep and goats) issues and additional rules (such as the duties of the responsible bodies, to be observed in relation to the above mentioned disease, physical serum/vaccine storage and data keeping).
