Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Federal Act on protection of nature and cultural heritage of 1 July 1966. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the protection of indigenous plants. Article 1 establishes that the tearing, digging, offering for sale, sending and generally mass harvesting of protected plants is forbidden. Article 2 lists completely protected plants and flowers. The text consists of 9 articles.
