Abstract: The present Regulation was adopted by virtue of the economic and financial crisis experienced by several European Union members. It lays down some amendments to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund. The amendments regard financial management, in particular interim payments and payments of the final balance.
