Entry into force notes: Regulation (EEC) No. 1601/91 is hereby repealed as from 28 March 2015.

Abstract: This Regulation lays down rules on the definition, description, presentation and labelling of aromatized wine products as well as on the protection of geographical indications of aromatized wine products. These rules apply to all aromatized wine products placed on the market in the European Union whether produced in the Member States or in third countries, as well as to those produced in the European Union for export.
