Abstract

This Regulation establishes a multiannual plan for the conservation and sustainable exploitation of demersal stocks in the western Mediterranean Sea. It applies to the following stocks in specified subareas: blue and red shrimp; deep-water rose shrimp; giant red shrimp; European hake; Norway lobster; red mullet. This Regulation also refers to by-catch stocks caught in the western Mediterranean Sea when fishing for the stocks above mentioned. Provisions on landing obligations are also laid down.
