Abstract The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Environment is to promote reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The following projects can be implemented on Polish territory as common projects: (1) reduction or avoidance of greenhouse gas emission from energy production; (2) use of waste energy; (3) reduction or avoidance of greenhouse gas emission from industrial processes; (4) reduction or avoidance of methane emission; (5) reduction or avoidance of greenhouse gas emission from transport; (6) reduction or avoidance of emission or absorption resulting from land use, changing way of land use or forestry.
