This Regulation entered into force on 24 June 2016.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the set of characteristics typical for good environmental status of marine waters. This set of characteristics is specified in the Annex and contains the following Sections: (1) Threshold values of indicators for good environmental status of marine waters; (2) The method of classifying indicators in relation to the characteristics; (3) The method of assessment of environmental status of marine waters.
