This Regulation enters into force on 5 April 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the list of alien species of plants and animals which, if released, may endanger indigenous species or natural habitats. The list, grouped by classes of plants and by bunches of animals, is specified in the Annex.
