This Regulation entered into force on 4 January 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the index of foodstuffs being the subject to the border sanitary control. The index is specified in the Annex. The control includes also foodstuffs, materials and products intended for the contact with food not specified in the index, if there is a suspicion that they do not meet sanitary requirements.
