This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the conditions that must be satisfied in the case of introduction or movement of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other regulated objects, the introduction and movement of which are prohibited unless they are intended for trial or scientific purposes or for work on varietal selections, the contents of the application for the approval for carrying out research activities and the method of issuing the approval, the conditions to be met by institutions in order to carry out research activities, and the model letter of authority for the introduction or movement of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other regulated objects.
