The Regulation enters into force 3 months after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Marine Management, which is composed of 13 Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes that technical provisions on preventing sea pollution issued by the Polish Register of Vessels (called PRS) are valid. Also technical provisions issued by foreign classification institutions can considered. PRS verifies the conformity of the construction, reconstruction and fixing of vessels and other devices and equipment with requirements defined by technical provisions. Fulfillment of requirements is approved by PRS in the appropriate certificate. The Annex contains fee levels for inspection and issue or approval of international certificates.
