Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles, lays down requirements for the technological project of industrial plants engaged in the production of foodstuffs of animal origin. Such technological project consists of two parts: descriptive and graphical. Descriptive part of project includes: (a) identification of the type of business, including type of material and type of products of animal origin to be producted at the plant; (b) data on the maximum weekly production capacity of the plant; (c) description of water supply system; (d) description of the way of storage of waste and by-products of animal origin; (e) indication of the planned location of the facility.
