This Regulation entered into force on 3 February 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down: (1) reference values for certain substances in the air; (2) conditions in which reference values are establishes, including temperature and pressure; (3) identification of substances; (4) periods for which reference values are averaged; (5) conditions of recognition of reference values; (6) referential methodology of modeling of levels of substances in the air.
