This Regulation entered into force on 19 January 2016.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the program aimed at early detection of infections with the virus causing African swine fever and broadening knowledge about this disease and its eradication. The program is specified in the Annex and is used to finance costs of activities listed in article 8 of the Annex and started after 1 January 2016.
