The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of three paragraphs. Fruit and vegetables producers' organizations or their associations shall inform the President of the Agency for Agricultural Market about the intention not to sell strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, redcurrent, whitecurrent, gooseberry, cherry, lettuce, cauliflower, chicory, gherkin, string bean, artichoke or asparagus, and about planned weight and way of their use, until 10 am of the day before.
