Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Climate, which is composed of four articles and four Annexes, lays down: (1) templates of lists containing information and data on the extent of use of the environment, required to determine the related amount of fees; (2) the templates and forms of the lists; (3) the method of submitting the lists and the related requirements. Annex 1 specifies the list containing information and data on types of gas or dust emissions released into the air. Annex 2 provides the list containing information and data on the volume of greenhouse gas emissions covered by the allowance trading scheme. Annex 3 specifies the list containing information and data on types and quantity of deposited waste. Annex 4 provides the list containing the summary of information on the scope of use of the environment.
