The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the list of importation points where plants and plant products or objects can be brought into the territory of Poland from third countries. The lists of importation points, grouped into airports, seaports, rail transport and places of inland border phyto-sanitary control, are specified in the Annex.
