The Regulation enters into force on 16 August 2006.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Building, which is composed of 19 paragraphs and two Annexes, lays down rules on (i) duties of industrial sewage providers, (ii) conditions for introducing sewage into sewage systems, and (iii) control of quantities and qualities of sewage. Moreover, the Regulation establishes permitted values of pollution coefficients in industrial sewage introduced into sewage devices. Annex 1 specifies these values with respect to harmful substances.
