Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, establishes detailed technical conditions of determining part of energy received from thermal processing of urban waste as energy from renewable energy sources, including: (1) types of biodegradable fractions; (2) technical and organizational conditions of reliable documentation of quantitative and energetic part of biodegradable fractions contained in urban waste being thermally processed in waste incineration and classified as a renewable source of energy.
