Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes that conventional feedstuffs can be used only for five percents of feedstuffs intended for feeding cattle, sheep, goats and horses on the territory of the Republic of Poland. A producer can use conventional feedstuffs only after permission of an authorized certifying unit. Conventional feedstuffs are understood as defined in the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs.
