The Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes criteria of balance of individual types of mineral resources. The criteria, grouped by 55 types of resources, are specified in the Annex. The criteria can be changed in the following cases: special technical or economic conditions of extracting or using resources; environment protection or safety of work; complicated geological structure of resources; planned use of resources for local needs.
