Abstract The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Environment is to protect the environment from pollution generated by gases or dust. This Regulation establishes cases when emission of gases or dust into air does not require notification. Such notification is not needed for the installations specified in the Annex and for installations other than the ones specified in the Annex for which at least one condition is satisfied: (1) gases or dust are introduced into the air in an unorganized way without special technical means or with the use of gravity ventilation; (2) none of emitted substances is included in the list of limits; (3) installation is used only for research, development or testing of new products or technological processes for not longer than two years.
