The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes the border (called water border) between sea and inland waters. The border is established for fishery purposes. The Regulation is introduced on the basis of the Fishery Act.
