This Regulation entered into force on 31 July 2020.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, establishes areas where the average annual radioactive concentration of radon in the indoor air in a significant number of buildings may exceed the reference level. These areas are specified in the Annex for individual provinces. The purpose of such regulation is the need to ensure adequate radiological protection of workers performing work in conditions of increased exposure to radon.
