This Regulation entered into force on 19 February 2011.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down names, administrative location, area of special protection of birds and map of this areas, and purpose and subject of this protection. Paragraph 2 specifies the list of 144 locations of areas of special protection of birds. Maps of the specified areas can be found in Annex 1. Annex 2 specifies the list of protected species of birds.
