Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the form and scope of annual report on the management of batteries, accumulators, spent batteries and spent accumulators. The report is prepared by the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection and given to the Minister of Environment. Art. 2 specifies the scope of report and the Annex specifies the form of tabular part containing information on the management of batteries, accumulators, spent batteries and spent accumulators.
