This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation defines the Croatian ports open to the international traffic, that meet the conditions and specific criteria as prescribed by articles 3, 6 and 7 of the Regulation on the conditions to be met by ports (Official Gazette 110/2004).
