Abstract

This Regulation hereby determines the Croatian official demarcated areas in which measures for the prevention, eradication and suppression of the red palm weevil-Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier) are effectively implemented, also in accordance with the provisions contained in the Regulation on Measures to Prevent the Introduction and Spread of Red Palm Pipe-Rhynchophorus Ferrugineus (Olivier), published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 35/2009).
