This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette and it shall be applied from 1 January 2019.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the areas present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia that are officially classified as areas or zones with difficult working conditions as regards the works in agricultural sector. This kind of classification-status shall be valid for a period of three years since the day of the entry into force of this text. Status of areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture shall be set as in accordance with criteria which is indicated in article 2.
