Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of the article 8 which shall enter into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby defines the procedure for the necessary data collection to be performed during inspections performed by the competent authorities and in accordance with various national Regulations (listed in the article 1), and also in full accordance with the Commission Decision 2006/778/EC of 14 November 2006 on minimum requirements for the gathering of data during the inspection of production units holding bovine animals for the purpose of production.
