Abstract This Regulation hereby defines the procedure for the necessary data collection to be performed during inspections performed by the competent authorities and in accordance with various national Regulations (listed in the article 1), and also in full accordance with the Commission Decision 2006/778/EC of 14 November 2006 on minimum requirements for the gathering of data during the inspection of production units holding bovine animals for the purpose of production.
