Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles, establishes: (a) scope and way of keeping medical and veterinary documentation on performed medical and prophylactic operations and use of medical products on animals; (b) scope and way of keeping information on treatment of animals by livestock owners; (c) access of veterinarians to such information.
