Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of 12 paragraphs and one Annex. Information on environment is made available via public telecommunication network in the form of: processed results of measurements; annual evaluation of quality or classification prepared for the last year; long term evaluation of quality or classifications concerning directions and dynamics of changes; comments, including methods applied for examination and measurement. The information is free of charge. Minimum scope of information is defined for: air quality (paragraph 4); soil or land quality (paragraph 5); prevention of noise pollution (paragraph 6); prevention of electromagnetic fields (paragraph 7); quality of water from surface rivers (paragraph 8); quality of water from surface lakes (paragraph 9); quality of groundwater (paragraph 10).
