Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of eight Paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements for air protection programmes, prepared in paper or electronic form. The air protection programmes shall consist of the following parts: description; specification of duties and restrictions resulting from implementation of the programme; justification of the scope of specified and evaluated issues. The description includes: description of the area specified in the programme; description of air quality standards violation; basic directions and scope of activities required to restore air quality standards; list of substances included in the programme and source of their origin; schedule of the programme implementation, including implementation of individual tasks; costs of the programme implementation, including implementation of individual tasks; sources of the programme financing; and types of information and documents required for controlling the programme implementation.
