This Regulation enters into force eight days after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation proclaims the ban of importation of dried beans (CN codes 0713 35 00, CN 0713 39 00 and CN 0713 90 00) originating in Nigeria, for the protection of human health, due to possible increased presence of pesticide residues.
