This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published.
Abstract

This Regulation adds a Provisional Clause regarding compliance of food enterprises using pharmacological active substances with the provisions of this amendment. This Regulation makes several changes on some active substances listed in Part-I of the pharmacologically active substances and their classification regarding maximum residues limits in Annex-I.
