Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on chemicals, amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the List of substances that cause high concern (originally published in the Official Gazette 65/2017, and already amended in the Gazette 37/2021). Changes are regarding different added and modified contents of the Annex (containing the classification list of substances that are classified as highly toxic or dangerous and can threat the environment and human health and that cause high concern, among related technical specifications, including substance identity, substance property, method of use for which it is not necessary to prescribe additional measures for risk reduction, and also listing 3-UVCB substances: substances of unknown or variable composition, complex reaction products or biological materials).
