Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on chemicals, amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the List of substances that cause high concern (originally published in the Official Gazette 65/2017). Changes are regarding several added and modified contents of the Annex (containing the classification list of substances that cause high concern among related technical specifications, including substance identity, substance property, and method of use for which it is not necessary to prescribe additional measures for risk reduction-when possible). The Annex is entirely re-edited and part of this publication.
